This will open an Add Item page (if the product has options) or the Shopping Cart page, with all your selections displayed. To Set Quantity: Enter quantity to buy and Click on Recalculate the total To Complete your Order: (Checkout) Click on Secure Check Out To Resume Shopping" Click on Shop some more To Empty your Cart: Click on Empty the cart The online Shopping Cart offers only Secure Check Out. We require the use of the encrypted Secure Check Out to protect your personal information. You may select to order without sending credit information online as an option in the ordering process. This would require a follow-up communication to complete the transaction. Our Shopping Cart has a limitation which may prevent its use on some browsers: It uses a cookie (data stored on user's computer) to remember the current state of the user's shopping cart (but not personal data). If your browser has Cookies disabled, the shopping cart will not work properly. This can be corrected temporarily by enabling Cookies on your browser for the duration of your transaction. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks and money orders. Personal checks are also welcome, but may delay your order as they will be held for bank clearance. A $6.50 per carton fee is charged on all C.O.D. orders. Certified checks or money orders only (payable to Toy Depot), will be accepted for your C.O.D. delivery.

For Orders Shipped Outside Continental USAPlease call or fax for a quote on shipping charges. We will respond to online orders with a quote on shipping options. Duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are not included in the purchase price. Any duties or taxes billed to us will be automatically rebilled to the purchaser.

Free Shipping offers apply to Continental USA Ground-deliverable addresses only and explicitly exclude HI, AK, Military PO Boxes, US Territories & Possessions, and International destinations. Additional shipping charges may still apply on selected large or heavy items.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive it. We will make any changes you like, including any exchange, credit your account, or refund. Please call for return instructions. Handling and freight charges are non-refundable. If merchandise that qualifies the order or item for free shipping is returned or refused, the purchaser will be refunded fhe cost of the merchandise returned less the cost of all shipping costs incurred. For exchanges we pay outbound shipping charges for replacement items.
